Q1) How do I place an order?

Step 1: Use the search bar or browse
categories to find your desired item.
Step 2: Select the required variant
(color, size, etc.) and quantity.
Step 3: Click on "Add to Cart."
If you wish to add more products, continue shopping. Otherwise, click the cart
icon at the top and proceed to checkout.
Step 4: Enter your shipping details.
Step 5: Confirm your order by clicking on
"Confirm Order" and then click "Order" to send it to us.
Step 6: We will confirm your order via
WhatsApp, phone, or email, and then process the shipment.
Note: Once confirmed, orders cannot be
canceled. For more information, please review our cancellation policy.
Q2) What if I have trouble placing an order?
Answer:
If you experience any difficulties while
placing an order, please contact us via call or WhatsApp, and our
representative will assist you.
Q3) What payment options do you offer?
Answer:
We currently offer Cash on Delivery,
mobile payment transfer, and bank transfer options.
Q4) How long does delivery take?
Answer:
Delivery typically takes about 3-7
business days.
Q5) How do I cancel my order?
Answer:
You can cancel your order before
receiving a confirmation message. To request cancellation, inform us during the
confirmation conversation. Once confirmed, we do not accept cancellation
requests.
Q6) Do you accept returns?
Answer:
No, we do not accept returns after items
are shipped. However, for any damaged items, please refer to our return policy.
Q7) What if I don’t receive a confirmation email or message?
Answer:
If you haven’t received a confirmation
email, please reach out to us directly via WhatsApp or email.
Q8) What if the product I want is out of stock?
Answer:
You can request an "Out of
Stock" item via email or WhatsApp, and we will do our best to restock it
for you. However, restocking is not guaranteed.
We also welcome suggestions for any other
products you’d like us to stock. Feel free to email us your recommendations,
and we’ll try to make them available for you.
